Loglow 팀(이하 "회사")은 개인정보보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다.
회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제) 시 사진 원본, 계정 정보 등 개인 식별 데이터는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 백업 시스템에 저장된 데이터는 최대 30일 이내 완전 삭제됩니다. 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 정보(전자상거래법상 결제 기록 5년 등)는 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 파기합니다. 한편 개인을 알아볼 수 없도록 익명 처리된 통계 데이터는 개인정보에 해당하지 않으므로 파기 대상이 아니며, 탈퇴 후에도 통계 및 인사이트 목적으로 계속 보존, 이용될 수 있습니다.
서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다. 이용자는 가입 시 이에 대한 동의를 별도 항목으로 확인합니다.

회사는 위 국외 이전 항목 외에 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 이용자의 사진을 광고주 등 외부에 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다. 향후 위탁 업체가 추가되는 경우 본 방침을 갱신하고 고지합니다.
전자적 파일은 복구 불가능한 방법으로 삭제하며, 계정 삭제 시 인증 정보, 사진 원본, 분석 결과 등 파생 데이터를 함께 삭제합니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제는 앱 내 [설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제]에서 직접 할 수 있으며, 기타 요청은 support@dailyloglow.com 으로 접수합니다.
회사는 대한민국 만 14세 미만, 미국 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 가입 단계에서 연령 확인 절차(연령 확인 체크 방식)를 통해 차단합니다. 수집 사실을 알게 된 경우 지체 없이 파기합니다.

본 방침의 내용 추가, 삭제, 수정이 있을 경우 시행 7일 전 앱 또는 웹사이트를 통해 고지합니다. 본 방침은 2026년 7월 24일부터 적용됩니다.
Email and login credentials, the selfies you take in the app, optional survey answers (birth year, gender, skin concerns), usage logs, and device information.
To build your skin record, generate trends and time lapses, run AI skin reports and the MORA coach, manage your account, and improve the Service. We also create aggregated and de-identified skin trend statistics for research and industry insights. These statistics cannot identify you and never include your photos. We analyze your selfies only to read your skin. We do not run facial recognition to identify you, and we do not create or store face geometry templates.
Selfies are sent to OpenAI (US) through their API to generate your skin report. OpenAI does not train models on this API data. Your account data and photos are stored with Supabase (Supabase, Inc., a US company; servers located in Seoul, Korea — AWS ap-northeast-2). We never sell your photos or share them with advertisers.
When you delete your account in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, your credentials, photos, and identifiable data are deleted, and backups are purged within 30 days. Records required by law, such as payment records, are kept only as long as the law requires. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you are not personal data and may be retained after deletion.
You can access, correct, or delete your data anytime via the app or support@dailyloglow.com. Loglow is not for children under 14 in Korea or under 13 in the US, and we block underage signups at registration.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by least privilege, and the AI runs only when needed.
